This Privacy Policy explains what data Hotel Ads Global LLC ("Askiraz") collects through askiraz.com, and for what purposes it is processed.

Askiraz processes two categories of data:

• Account owner data: the email address, password (stored hashed, never in plain text) and subscription information of business owners who register with Askiraz.
• Visitor data: collected through the tracking snippet that account owners add to their own websites — the page URL, referrer, an anonymous visitor identifier generated in the browser, an approximate country/region/city derived from the IP address, and (if applicable) phone/WhatsApp click events. The IP address itself is not stored permanently; it is only used momentarily for location detection.

2. Purpose of Processing

• Creating and providing access to your account,
• Displaying visitor/channel/revenue statistics on your dashboard,
• Operating subscription and billing processes,
• Maintaining the security of the Service and preventing misuse,
• Fulfilling our legal obligations.

3. Third Parties We Share Data With

Your data is shared with the infrastructure providers required to run the Service:

• MongoDB Atlas — database hosting,
• Vercel — application hosting and content delivery network,
• Stripe (and your chosen Turkey payment provider) — payment processing.

Some of these providers may use servers located abroad; in that case, data transfer takes place under each provider's own data protection commitments. We never sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your password is stored using a one-way hash. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS. Access is limited to the systems required to provide the Service.
