Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Seller: Hotel Ads Global LLC — 1209 Mountain Rd PL NE, STE N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA — EIN 38-4333863 — support@hoteladsglobal.com ("Seller")
Buyer: the individual or legal entity subscribing via askiraz.com ("Buyer")

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the digital service (Askiraz web analytics subscription) purchased electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website askiraz.com.

3. Information About the Service

• Service: Askiraz website visitor/channel/revenue analytics subscription,
• Plans and current prices: published at askiraz.com/#pricing,
• Payment method: monthly, auto-renewing subscription via credit/debit card,
• Method of performance: the service is delivered instantly and continuously in electronic form.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Before moving to a paid subscription, the Buyer benefits from a 14-day free trial during which no fee is charged. The Buyer may cancel at any time before the paid period begins, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

Once the paid subscription has started, because the Service is delivered instantly and continuously in electronic form, and because the Buyer has explicitly confirmed this and acknowledged at the payment step that the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised from that point, the Buyer may not exercise the right of withdrawal. Even so, the Buyer may cancel the subscription at any time to stop being charged for the following period (see our Cancellation & Refund Policy).

5. Payment

Payments are collected automatically each month from the Buyer's registered card via Stripe.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this agreement are governed by the Governing Law clause of our Terms of Service and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Mexico, USA.
